If it's just a pimple, it'll probably go in a week or two, max. Just avoid touching it or anything that'd irritate it, until then.
If within the following week that it gets bigger, or worsens, definitely tell a doctor.

1) You are talking about the pimple being on the Labia Minora (inner lips). It is both inaccurate and bad English to use the word "vagina" in a generic manner for the Pubic region (Mons or Mons Pubis), the Genitals or the Vulva (external area of the genitals).
2) I suggest gently putting some non-allergenic antiseptic cream on the area after each time you go to the toilet. It should go away after a few days. If it does not, see your doctor.
3) There are several reasons why the pimple has appeared. (i) You have started using a new soap that you are allergic to. If you have, change your soap. (ii) You are washing your clothes and underwear in a new detergent. If you have, rinse all the underwear in clear water and change the detergent you are using. (iii) You are wearing underwear and Jeans etc that are too tight in the crutch area. Wear looser underwear and jeans.

if youre a virgin and havent done anything more than kiss it could very easily just be a pimple or ingrown hair. Even a clogged hair folicle can cause large bumps and pain. If you've received oral there could be a chance it may be something else but don't freak out. And definitely dont google. If it gets worse or unbearable just see a doctor :) Things will be ok.
