I am 5 foot 8 and 189 pounds. How much over weight am I? I am 16 almost 17. Thank you!

    It really depends on your body type, Rather you have more muscles or not. Muscles weigh more then fat in some cases. Don't over exaggerate, but also watch what you eat and exercise daily that way you can still lose a little weight and not have to worry about it.

    No you should NOT be maximum of 140lbs! I'm 5'7 and 145lbs and not overweight! Google healthy body charts for weight and see what it says! Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so if you have a lot of muscle...

    Anyway, the healthy weight range for a woman your height is 130-164 lbs
