I'd like to know what kind of companies or Incorporation one would look for to possibly hire a outside of family PAYEE? I am not sure what I'd be looking for.

A google search on social security payee companies produced a good sized list of companies that provide that service.

You can go to the social security office - they have a list of professional payees which they use when a relatives or friends are unwilling to be a person's payee.
