can you tell me if i am barred off of answering questions for good/ due to a answer I given to a question was reported, not knowing it was?

You don't get barred without them telling you that you are barred. If you can't answer questions it is probably just another glitch causing your device or software not to access things properly. I am currently finding that to answer a question I have to click on a Show all Content pop-up every time. They have just added something which my computer identifies as a security risk.
