Forza Horizon: Can other players see locked designs?
This question regards the 2012 game Forza Horizon. Designs that are downloaded from a Storefront or use Vinyl Groups downloaded from a Storefront are 'locked'. They can't be gifted or painted etc. But can other players online see them in a race, or is the design hidden to them? Help please. Quick Best Answer to anyone who knows.

A question about Forza Horizon, isn't that pretty uncommon to post just it here of all places, I doubt you'll even have an answere in minutes by anyone, you need to try a IGN forums or something if that information is really that important.
