In Fire Emblem: Awakening, how can I fix my characters?
I used Master Seals on some of my favorite characters when they reached lv10, and now they're lagging far behind those who I waited to Master Seal at lv20. :( Will second sealing them back to a base class allow them to gain stats more quickly again? A friend told me the more seals I use, the slower they'll gain experience. Will these characters ever be able to get the same amount of max stats as those who I Master Sealed way at lv20?

You can reclass as many times as needed to max your stats. Calm down.
If you have access to DLC, the Paragon skill obtained from Lost Bloodlines 3 helps immensely with this process.
No matter what the level difference is between your character and the enemy, you will always gain a minimum of 8 EXP per kill. The Paragon skill doubles this to 16, and also stacks with the Veteran skill for a minimum of 24.
