Please rate my fifa 14 career mode team?

I'm in my first season of my fifa 14 manager career, and I am building a squad for the future mainly, although I do have a bit of experience in there as well. I'm playing as man united, and Im trying to bring in all the players we sign whether I like them or not. My formation is 4-5-1- attack but the 2 holding midfielders are centre mids and not defensive mids. Here's my starting 11:

Gk: De Gea- 83

Rb: Rafael- 78

Cb: Jones- 80 + Hummels- 85

Lb: Shaw- 74/75

Cm: Pjanic- 83 + Ander Herrera- 80

Ram: Juan Mata- 87

Cam: Rooney- 87

Lam: Kagawa- 82 (Forgot to buy a better cam such as Gotze or Kroos

St: Lewandowski- 86

Let me explain the choices:

I chose de gea because he was amazing for man utd the last season in real life, I chose Rafael because I wanted to strengthen the team in depth rather than splash out on a new rb, plus the best right backs are pretty old now, or will start to decline in a few years (Dani alves, Abate, Piszcek)

I went for jones rather than a better cb because I just like him.

I bought shaw because man utd just officially signed him, the same applies for ander Herrera. I bought pjanic because he is just an amazing player, technically gifted, great passer, real box-to-box player which is what I like to see.

I kept mata, Kagawa and rooney because they are among my favourite players at united at the moment and van persie was too old compared to rest of my team.

I sold: Lindgaard, Buttner, and im running out of characters so I will continue in edit.
