How come i can not select a best answer to questions? I click on best answer but nothing happens--don't work?

1. You can now only select a Best Answer to your own questions.
2. There is a glitch with IE - it isn't accepting security certificates on this site. Either hit the Show all content button for every question, or switch browsers. It all works fine on Google Chrome (which is a free download).

Possibly, just possibly you have to click on the show all content button on the bottom pop up.Try that
