Arabic help! How do you respond to someone who's praying for you?

If someone is making duaa for you and your family in arabic, for example saying I hope nothing bad comes to you and your family inshallah, and Ramadan Mubarak...what do I say? Tislamu, kul aam wa-antum bikhair?

If someone says Ramadan Mubarak and a dua to you, you might like to respond with: shokran, Allah yisma minak/mineek

And you can also wish them a Ramadan Mubarak as well like you stated.

NB: I wrote the above in Levantine Arabic (Lebanon, Syria etc) I understand standard Arabic (like the Arabic in the Quran) but I obviously spek Middle Eastern Arabic better.

Praying to what? Prayer is a waste of time. God doesn't exist neither do souls or prophets. Wake up
