3 week headache?
I've had a headache for 3weeks and the pain is constant. It is not very bad pain though. It lasts from when I wake up all the way to bed and not thinking about it seems to help. Opening my mouth wide, moving my head forward or back which stretches my neck also makes it feel better briefly. The headache is moving around my head. I have had this situation happen twice before, they both lasted about 3weeks.
I have hayfever but I take tablets for it and it doesnt cause any issues.

Do you have allergies? I had headaches for 2 weeks and went to the doctor. He put me on allergy meds and it helped a lot. It might be worth a try.
