Is it ok to put shea butter oil on my ball python? because its head is really dry and ashy.?
My ball python's head is really dry and ashy and still have shedding skin on it so is it ok to apply on it?

Try getting a small dish towl, dampen it and make sure it's more on the warm side and just rub it on to the areas and if there's more all over the snake to help losen the old scales,
