will Yahoo answers ever let me back on Yahoo answers?
I accidentally offended an atheist person "and for that I am sorry" and Yahoo has apparently taken away my account or is not allowing me to use my account but has not informed me that I am permanently banned but I asked for an appeal on this matter. How long before they let me know something? I never intended on offending whoever it was who reported me.

Forget the appeal..I was reported for nothing, LITERALLY, and although they were supposed to respond within 2 to 3 days, I never heard from them either. I tried to find a way to communicate with them, but I can't seem to find a way to contact them..Usually, there is a "Contact" symbol or something. In the meantime there are trolls all over the place and people talking rudely and cursing, and no one sees them... pffff.
I think your best bet is to make a new account, as you probably already have.

Your account is intact and fine. What you are experiencing is the Internet Explorer glitch that isn't showing the submit button. It is being worked on, but a good work around is to use either FireFox or Chrome to access answers and the submit button should then be there.

Whilst it may have been someone that triggered the suspension by reporting content you placed, the decision for suspension is made by staff alone.
Have a look at the reason given in the suspension email and the violaiton preceeding that. This should give you an idea of what caused the suspension and then you need to determine if the suspension is justified. Without knowing this it's impossible for anyone to say that you have a case for reinstatement or not.
Either way you "should" get a response from Customer Care if you've already appealed the suspension but these days the chance of getting a reply is 50-50.
If you haven't had a reply then try again using this link and you should then get a reply https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_...

Looks like they already have done so, you're still posting with an account 8 years old. all you can do is hope it remains active, good luck.

What am I missing? You are level six and asking a question with the account. That indicates you are using your account and Yahoo Answers.
Unless you mean a different account?
