I am level 18 and I don't know where to level in World of Warcraft.

More info..? Knowing race and current zone would help to suggest what's nearest to you.
Here's a handy zone by level list for future reference: http://www.wowwiki.com/Zones_by_level
The low end of those listed for level 20-25 would prob be best for xp. If that sounds like too much then try the high end of those listed 10-20. Knowing what race, or at least faction, would still be helpful though since I can't suggest which is best for you for quests without knowing that info.
