note: the artifacts, blue eyes white dragon, and perfect machine king are ones I wanna replace for sure any ideas what to switch them for or what else could be changed to make it better would greatly help.

Just use a normal Synchron deck.. Check on Youtube. Make sure they have a decent amount of suscribers though.
This deck won't really succeed as it is too inconsistent (too many one-ofs, substandard cards). A good synchron deck can bring out Shooting Quazar Dragon quickly, and cards like Wayne and Destroyer are rarely used.
