You are not suspended. If you were suspended, you could not ask this question at all. Suspension affects all parts of the YA account.

If you are having problems answering and choosing BA, it may be due to using Internet Explorer as your browser. If that is what you use, watch the bottom of the page for the "security risk" alert box. When it shows up, click the "Show all content" button on the right side. The page will reload and work properly - until the box appears again when the page refreshes. Which is a nuisance, which is why many of us have switched to using Firefox or Chrome as a browser for now.
