can i put my attorney fees in my bankruptcy?

I hired a mediation attorney and he is trying to jerk me around with his fees. I have a open bankruptcy and I haven't had my meeting of creditors yet. Can I amend my schedules f to add him and his attorney fees.

    Bankruptcy attorneys know their clients are broke, so they make sure they get paid. Many want a flat upfront fee or some sort of guarantee that they will get paid.

    No.

    A bankruptcy judge will not allow it to be included.

    generally, no. BK attorneys are savvy enough to make sure they get paid
