URGENT!!! Baby problems!!?

Ok so 7 month old baby normally goes to sleep straight away and if not there's no crying, tonight he's been rolling on her front and screaming and when rolled back she screams harder and louder, when picked up she calms down and starts to go to sleep and as soon as she is flat and not even on the bed she starts screaming again, we've fed her and changed her bum, she's been dribbling all over the bed so we gave her some teething gel and still no luck! What can we do?!?!

It could be teething pains, or tummy pains, or that she's just going through some developmental thing right now and feels a desperate need to be held. My son (who is 1) has always been pretty easy to put down, but he's definitely gone through phases where bedtime is rougher than normal.

Although you've probably heard warnings about how you shouldn't rock your baby to sleep from risk of developing a "bad habit" of your baby needing to be rocked every night, I at some point decided to just throw that advice out the window and do what felt right. My kid goes through phases when he just really needs the comfort of being rocked to sleep. So I rock him, pat him, sing to him, bounce him, and/or stay in his room for as long as it takes. Sometimes I have to let him cry for a bit, then I go back in and comfort him. On occasion I bring him to our bed so he can fall asleep there, and then take him back into his room. Whatever works. The phases never last, and eventually he becomes easy to put to bed again. If you don't think your daughter is crying because she's sick or hurt, then maybe she just wants the comfort of falling asleep in your arms. I don't think a night or two of that will hurt anything if she's usually a good sleeper.

Call a doctor and make an appointment if you think something is wrong with your baby. You don't ask anyone to make guesses on what's wrong with your child. Take the baby to a doctor.
