need help picking processor?
I am looking at upgrading my old amd 955 black. New motherboard too.
So far im stuck between the fx8350 or the new 9 series. Or to switch to Intel and get the i5 4670k. My budget is about 190 gbp. Can anyone help will be running with 2x 7850 crossfire.it will be for gaming only.

Switch to intel and get either the i5 4670K or the i5 4690K.
I'm not being biased here but intel is better than AMD for gaming.
The 4670K has a 50% better FPS rate in games which is absolutely huge. You can hear more about it hear with side by side FPS stats in games;

Although this one compares the 4670K and the 8320, the 8350 is literally the exact same CPU as the 8320, they just set the factory default clock settings a bit higher which makes absolutely no difference whatsoever.

A asus crosshair V formula 990fx mobo and a 8350 this mobo is good for running crossfire of the 7850 or any other crossfire mobo with a 990fx chipset
