These are normal symptoms of anemia. If you didn't see a gynecologist, since heavy periods can make anemia worse, p erhaps a gyno can rule out things like ovarian cysts or endometriosis. You need to be sure to eat properly and include enough iron in your diet. www.webmd.com/diet/iron-rich-foods has lists of foods that can help you!! Feel better soon.
