How do I reset Nintendo 3DS profile?
I bought a second hand Nintendo 3DS today and once I got home I tried to use the Nintendo eShop.
But it says I need to enter a password.I realised that you have to make a nintendo ds account.I went to the settings and tried to make another account but I cant seem to delete the account of the previous owner and make my own new one.
How do I reset this?

Contact Nintendo. This is an example of why people say Nintendo hasn't really figured out online. See, if you got, say, a PlayStation system, your account is not tied to your system, which is the case with Nintendo's systems. If I have a 3DS with an account and I sell you my system, I also have passed off my account as well. Hmmm, do you know who had it last? They'd know the codes. If you got it from Gamestop or a pawn shop, then I again say contact Nintendo. Write down the systems serial numbers, they'll need those.
