Where do I go to get a Visa to go to Spain?

Visa not required in United Kingdom unless you work there. Visit in UK 90 days. Maybe need visa for the United Kingdom. To work, and reside in Barcelona takes an act of Congress..LOL...For real..About 15 things you have to do to work in Spain..Please advise ASAP..

    From which country?

    If you're from an EU country; no visa required. If not; there are strict requirements for qualifying for work visas
