Successful weight loss tips and or tricks for teen females?

Trying to lose weight this summer but need more tips. pLEASEEEE HELP!! I mean I know the basics but I feel so .. Distraught and not trying enough... Anyyy motivational tips and diet and exercise tips??!

    There's no tricks. Eat healthy, stay at 1200 calories, work out, burn 500 more calories than you eat a day.

    Well, for starters adopt a healthy diet and split it into about 5-6 smaller meals a day + drink a lot of water, as far as fitness goes try calisthenics, pushups, pull ups, dips, squats, sprints ect. These are great for burning fat and toning muscle, look up a good starter routine for calisthenics and look up HIIT cardio, congrats on trying to get fit and good luck :).

    I know you heard everything like diet, work out and wet-knot i know it's hard. Been there. Trust me. By my experience, drinking herbal tea without sugar nor milk can reduce your hunger and by that you'll reduce your daily calories. Hope it helps:)

    eat a rainbow of colors have at least one brightly colored fruit or vegetable in each meal and if appropriate eat the skins thats where youll find a powerhouse of antioxidants
