Unhealthy obsession with this person?

Well it certainly seems you are getting carried away, but who hasn't at some point, daydreaming, constantly thinking of your perfect new Beau, etc.? People we don't know and never met are able to be that "person of our dreams" because we only have limited information and usually its the good information that we have. So we use this limited information and fill in the blanks according to what we want. Most of the time it isn't true though. They are completely different. Perhaps you need a hobby or something to do to take your attention off this guy. Otherwise you will most likely end up disappointed, especially because you cant easily meet him to confirm what you think of him. You may be wasting your time. OR, meet someone else in person that you can like in a healthy way because they are actually there and you will know his good and not so perfect qualities.

People obsess over things they haven't got. Once they have it, they usually don't want it anymore. Obsession with others can get to the point where they think they are in a relationship with that person - that's why you feel jealous when you see him with other people. It is just castles in the air. Let it go.
