Legal Pot or just a scam the government is using to raise money they wasted on big government and not us.?

Is it really legal?

If the government tells you where you can buy it?

If the government tells you how much you can buy?

If the government tells you what State in the Union its for sale?

If the government tells you that a tax must be paid on pot?

If the government tells you that you are under arrest if you have it in your possesion?

I find it hard to believe it's legal then.
