Best video editor for videos?
I'm gonna start a YouTube channel in a while and I'm also gonna make short films. I was wondering which editing app (on a computer) should I use? I've heard if final cut pro and a couple other ones but that's one I can remember and heard a lot about. Is it good? Are there better ones?
Thanks.

Free or paid? You DON'T say.
For Windows, Mac or another Operating System? Again you don't say!!
Otherwise as it stands, you'll end up with a very long,
and possibly confusing list of 'potential' choices.
Edit your question and CLARIFY with more info, and background details.
I will say (as you do mention it) Final Cut Pro - is Mac only.

Sony Vegas Pro is excellent, but it's also quite expensive. It has special effects, transitions, text overlays, video-on-video overlays, just about anything you could ask for. But its price is definitely expensive. I think it's running $599 these days.
