loan broker fees?

for the past 2 paydays i have had 4 different loan brokers take money from my bank account without my consent. I had never heard of any of the companies until the transaction showed on my bank statement. Is there anyway to stop this happening? I have informed my bank who are beyond useless and say i must have given them authorization which is false. I have also informed the police and action fraud but another company has now taken money.

The only way anyone can take money out of your account is if they have your bank account details or credit card details. If you gave these details to anyone you agreed to them charging you

Your best bet is to close that account completely then open an account at a new bank

If you look at the T&C of these loan sites you will find that they ALL charge for looking for loans for you. You have entered your bank details on someone's site.

Q: Have you been looking for a loan, and entered card details "for verification of ID"?

Then you've given permission(s). Read the small print in future
