Why does it say now when I go on yahoo SORRY YOU are not connected to this server ?

I go on Tahoo and go on a page then when I click to reurn to home page if says SORRY you are not connected to this server.

IS the cut water cable the reason in GDL?

    You may might be connected to the server but sometimes it happens that the server might remain busy and the computer displays as it is not found.
