Could I wear these glasses to prevent eye fatigue?

A few weeks ago, I had eye fatigue from being on the computer for too long (at least that's what my ophthalmologist said) and I came across these glasses a few months ago https://www.noscopeglasses.com/ and I though that they could prevent future eye fatigue. The website says that they do prevent eye fatigue along with some other things that are brought on by long term computer usage. I read some reviews, and all the people said that the glasses helped them, but could they cause any harm to my eyes. I never had any serious eye problems in the past. Even my ophthalmologist said that my eyes are completely fine.

Me too, go to Walmart and get some capsules ( you swallow them ) called Thera-tears and follow instructions on bottle, my eye dr. told me to take them and you won't believe the difference they make. It'll take about a week for them to kick in, but I take them every day.
