could i be allergic to dandelions?
I want to take dandelion tea(or supplements) for health reasons but some people say you shouldnt because you may be allergic to it. Im allergic to ragweed but its nothing series just a runny nose. Im not sure if i've been tested for it but i dont remember seeing it on my test when i got tested for allergies.
Also some say chamomile is common in people who are allergic to dandelion but i can drink chamomile just fine. Do you think i might be allergic to dandelions? If i am how would i know, are there any symptoms to look out for?

The same family of plants, ragweeds and dandelions so are chamomiles are asteracae, like daisies, so it is possible. But if ragweed gives you a runny nose it is from the pollen, but if you are drinking the tea, that is not going into your lungs. That is the difference and the cause. So you might not be able to stick your nose in a dandelion, but quite able to eat the leaves and drink tea made from the roots.
