Why do rabid veg*ns block those who disagree with them?

They aren't as well-rounded as some of us.

Roy, I like you. My first thought was, "Why do rabid non-veg*ns block those who disagree with them?", thinking you were Daniel or Mermaid or somebody else. Oops.

To both Ganesh and VeganMom: No, I'm not Daniel or mermaid (God forbid!). I also do not block those who disagree with me on principle. If a radical veg*n blocks me, I do the same in return. Oh, well.

I'm open and able to discuss differences; I just don't understand why some people won't. To both of you: I like you both, too. You are the epitome of rational veg*ns here. There are several more, and I will not give up on rational discussion with those who are open to such.

EDIT: VeganMom: I also dislike rabid meat eaters, who troll this section. To me, trolls are trolls, no matter which side of the fence they are on.

Because when they ask a question, they only want answers that support their fantasy beliefs- not necessarily fact or logic.

I have been blocked by a few rabid veg*ns myself, several of which I don't think I ever had encounters with here- I think they just blocked me because I am not a veg*n.

Because they're rabid people. I'm sure rabid meat-and-plant eaters do the same thing. Anyone who has extreme views and doesn't listen to other people is going to take steps to make sure that they don't get those opposing views.

I can't say for sure as I am not someone who has blocked you, but I'm pretty sure I am one of the ones you would call "rabid", or at least getting close to one. But it could be that you do seem to have become a lot more insulting of late (read your title question) and a lot less neutral in your posting.

It's simple, the truth hurts and they are far too ignorant and narrow minded to accept it so as they love to say they " bury their heads in the sand" and ignore it.

It maybe because they don't like meat eaters making fun of them, and comparing them with other users. I don't know who you are referring as "rabid Vegans", you maybe saying about a specific person, or some Vegans who constantly say meat eaters are stupid. I agree that they shouldn't ask questions like that.

You're one to talk. Your famous words are "trolling reported moron" when you are incapable of providing an intelligent response to a legitimate question. You vegans are so bent on spreading your hate and judgement but when you're faced with legitimate facts you panic and act like a victim.

They hate meat eaters, and don't believe in their rights as well.
