How can I stay awake or at least sleep early?

I usually dont wake up until 4:30pm or 5pm the latest and I have plans at 1:30 with my bf and I just have a feeling I will sleep in. I can set my alarm but then I will be all grouchy and stuff and thats not pretty. Any tips on how I can fall asleep faster or pull an all nighter/dayer too?

    Start going to bed earlier. My guess is that if your normal waking time is 4.30pm you are not going to bed until 5am or later. That is far too late. If you want to get up in the morning try going to bed at night and not at dawn. Do some vigorous activity to tire yourself out ready for an early night, and stay away from the pc or tv for at least an hour before bed time to give your brain time to get ready for sleep.
