I accidentally converted a PDF file to a Word document - how to undo?

Don't ask me how I did such a stupid thing. How do I convert a Word document back to a photo? It's all encoded gibberish now. I need it to be in some kind of photo form - PDF would be nice, but it doesn't have to be. Any techno-savvy people out there who can help me? (I'm over 50 - don't be too harsh).

Update:

Thanks, Usman and River. I tried those but still can't get it to work. I would be happy with PNG or a similar type of file.

You turned a PDF into a Word Document, and now it is all kinds of Encoded text? Try changing the file extension of the document to .pdf (Rename the file). You could also try and print the Word document to a PDF, if it is formatted and looks correct in word.
