TO become a system admin I would recommend working on your bachelor's of computer science degree, but since you're still 14, I would start with A+ certification, MSCE certification, and start studying for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Cert. These certifications can be achieved without having a degree and are extremely valuable in the current job market. These can also be worked on even at your age.

    A+ Certified (801-802)

    MSCE Certified

    Computer Science college teacher

9+ years in the IT and Telecommunications field
