So theres this guy that i like a lot and every time we text i text first and one time he was just responding like one word answers so i was like you know what i wont annoy you at all for the rest of the summer. And then on the fourth of July which he texted my happy fourth but that was it. We have been texting more now and but again i start it. I dont know if i should even waste my time on him anymore which hurts. I dont know...

I know 100% where you are coming from. That was the same for me. I really liked a guy in my year and I would text him and he would reply really late, like a day or two later and it would only be a one or two word answer. I stopped texting him and he never texted once after that. In my situation, I know he does not like me and I have had to 'give up' on him. I am sorry to say, but I think this might be a similar situation. Hope you find another guy who wants to talk to you.
