Do you brush then eat or eat then brush?

Or do you not brush at all 😕

    They say it's not good to brush right after you eat since it's brushing in what you just ate, unless of course you use mouthwash.

    I brush in the morning before I eat anything and at night before bed. Chewing gum after you eat is a good trick to cleaning your teeth right after!

    Early morning as soon as I get up

    I brush get rid of the germs.

    Later I eat & brush, eat & brush, eat & brush.

    I brush then I eat. If I eat before I brush I feel like I'm eating my germs, it gross. Also I can't start my day if I don't brush my teeth and make my bed, I have to to allow of that before breakfast and everything else.

    i can't imagine how anyone can eat without brushing. for me first thing first - first cleaning then eating.
