Is Harlem train station safe?
Okay so me my friend and my dad are all travelling from Windsor Connecticut, it's near Hartford, and we are gonna go to New York City but we were planning on taking the Harlem train because it's quick and cheap. But we were wondering two things, one if it's easy to get to from where I will be coming from and two is it safe to leave our car at the station from lets say 7am - 10pm ish? Thanks for your help!!

If you are near Hartford, it would be easier to take the Amtrak train from Hartford to NYC. If you take Amtrak it will let you out at New York Penn Station. If you take the MTA North Harlem line, it is safe. It lets you out at 125th Street in Harlem, and the final stop is inside Grand Central Station.

You take Amtrak to either New Haven, Stamford or New Rochelle and transfer to a Metro-North New Haven Line train to 125th St. - Harlem NOT the MTA North Harlem line, since their is no such line.

My friend, I believe you're referring to the Metro-North Harlem Line, which is a commuter line and its safe. You will be fine.
Good luck
