Does anyone think Little Busters!: Refrain is just as good as Clannad After Story?

I watched After Story a while back. I was still rather new to anime at the time, so Clannad was just a passive watch-through for me. As such, I never felt any real attachment to the show and so don't really remember my reactions. There may have been a few tears or may not have been.

However, I do remember Refrain, and it didn't make me cry. Yes, there were a few heart-string pulling moments, but that's it. It may have been that I already new the outcome of the story (I had played through Refrain in the VN already, but even the playthrough didn't bring tears). That doesn't mean I think the story is bad, though. It was very well written (rated a 9/10 on my list).

So really, my opinion is quite biased. I was more experienced in anime while watching Refrain than while watching After Story. I may have to rewatch Clannad again for maximum effect (that's not going to happen as I have never rewatched ANY anime. If I ever do, the first one would be Kokoro Connect), but as of now, Refrain is much better than After Story was, in my opinion.
