this is not an answer i do now the diff between sleep or fluid n mucus it is none of these

Young people can wake up oftentimes with excess "sleepy" in their eyes. This is a combination of fluids and mucus called Rheum. When you wake up, wash your eyes with warm water. It is no big deal.
