Earring that connects with your cartilage and your first lobe earring?

I wanna know what the earring that connects with your cartilage and first earlobe piercing is called. I know you probably won't understand what I'm saying, but this earring does exist. It's in stores like Forever 21, but those are fake (kinda like clip ons) I'm looking for the real ones that you can actually put in your ear.
