I have gone to so many and they are not there or under review. Do we have someone going crazy reporting today?

It is not really that the questions are under review. That is just the Yamster's excuse for his incompetence at accessing them.

No, there a bug in the system and I'm glad to see it was not only me experiencing this problem either.
Seriously, I just was able to answer 5 minutes ago.

Perhaps some new users who are on a report spree, and have obtained some status in achieving a higher level and now decide to start reporting however , if any of those who were reported & were NOT in Violation AND the one who was reported (or ones) appeal & win those back, It will destroy those who did the reporting ability to do so again
OR
It might be a result of the Yahoo Staff themselves actively doing it, No one right no one can really say for sure
