If two hermaphrodites date each other would that make them bisexual?

Since there has never actually been a human hermaphrodite this question is totally hypothetical. A hermaphrodite is an organism which has two complete sets of working sex organs. The most "advanced" terrestrial hermaphrodites are common garden slugs and snails.

What you fail to take into account is that every intersex person has a gender identity. They *know* deep down in the core of their beings whether they're male or female, just like everyone else does.

Each are technically a male or female. So if the male hermaphrodite dates a female hermaphrodite, they would be straight.

Edit-It seems I am the only one who understands that people were indeed called Hermaphrodites at one time. They are not the same as animals and the term for them may have changed because there is a more accurate description. But they were indeed called Hermaphrodites.
