Baseball Accuracy Help?
I've been considering playing Baseball for some time now, I finally decided to do it this year. I didn't play this season but I am once it starts back up this year. I have been practicing with my friend in the off-season and he has been playing for a while now and right now we are working on my hitting. I am pretty strong and am able to hit the ball in the outfield without much effort. The problem is that, I am extremely unreliable to actually make contact with the ball. The only time I am able to hit I is if get lucky predicting where it will be.
How do I get better at deciding where to swing when the ball is coming at me?

If your having trouble making contact you could practice hitting off a tee. You could also do soft toss with your friend. The key thing is to focus on the pitcher, watch the ball come out of his hand. With anything less than two strikes there is no need to swing unless you get that perfect pitch that you want to hit. With two strikes you are just swinging to make contact with the ball. Anything that comes near the strikezone you need to swing at. Your coach won't like it if you strikeout looking.
