Can I play Mario Kart 7 on a Nintendo 3ds with a friend who doesn't have the card?
We're in different locations too...is this possible? Any help would be great!!!!

Unless your friend has the cartridge or is in the same location as you, you can't play with them.

Nope, the only way to play together without the cartridge is with Download Play, which only works if you're playing together locally
