Should I focus on toning my stomach or losing more weight?
I started a diet in February when I weighed 212 pounds. I'm down to 188 pounds but my stomach is still kinda pudgy. Should I keep up the diet to lose more weight or should I concentrate on exercises that will tone my stomach?
My ultimate goal is to get a 6 pack but right now a flat stomach would be nice.
I'm a 18 year old 6'1 male.

Good for you on your weight loss program.
From what I know on the subject, it is a good idea to do a combination of exercises which would include weight training for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. Start slow but keep challenging yourself. AND, you want to strenghten your "Core".

keeping good posture will not only strengthen your core but will also add a small extra calorie burn because you re working slightly harder to maintain the position
