I am Christian,,specifically Catholic,,since birth?

I consider myself atheist, but I have never been mean or ridiculing to anyone of any belief because mine were different. I just believe in different things than what you guys believe in. As long as you don't heckle me for being atheist, we are still on neutral/good terms. I'm not one who talks much about this stuff, but I just wanted to clarify that there are still decent atheists out there...

Carefully study this: Sadly ppl dont carefully read Bibles&CONFUSE TRUTH-offends many&HATE. Right OT/NT diff/connect=verses r taken in WHOLE Bible contxt NOT a verse/pass/chap=DONT add/omit things-1Cr4:6-ways SEEM right but its end=death=Mt7:21-23.

46+yrs I studied whole Bible-parts many times. JESUS founded Christianity(why it exists-1Cr3:11)NOT Peter/Oc/Cc. JESUS taught Peter full truth 2 HELP head churches(shared keys with legit Apostles).

For Jesus 12Apostles started with Israel(ROCK is Jesus NOT Peter[human=sinner]{1Cor10:4-Bible NEVER changes usage/Peter imitates but wasnt nor replacing Jesus like Cc portrays popes as[+throne infallible claim]-Jesus/Peter NEVER SAT ON EARTHLY throne-HUGE HINT).

All 12Apostles+Paul were killed/died IN 1st Cent-Christianity was illegal@the time&Bible shows corruption already in original churches(yes-Judas had 2 b replaced so orig 12 church foundation Pillars remain intact to hold to Scripture)-u can b Apostolic{fatherly}if u hav true teaching(ie Paul)but NEVER replace orig Apostle.

Most orig disciples were killed/died/forced to hide by Romans/others=NO CONNECT btwn Jesus' orig followers/Oc/Cc=orig church was wiped out&isolated true believer pockets were weak-easier for wolves to use Christian label for hid agendas(esp b/c most were illiterate@the time. Cc claims didnt give out Bibles for 1000+yrs b/c ppl couldnt read so why didnt Cc teach ppl to read? Cc made it illegal 4"common"ppl to hav Bibles).

B assured neither Jesus/Apostles authorized Oc/Cc Apostolic succession[final 12 werent to b replaced=God's Bible fixed order]. Next gen/early fathers added more corruption for core Cc beliefs/Constantine's support+more Pagan/OT practices 313-325 AD. In 1054 Oc/RCc split).

A church/u cant know Jesus w/o real Bible directions-skipped by Cc(Cc DIDNT WRITE any of NT[not Cc txt]). Apostles wrote NT in 1st cent=NT preserved the truth for all[its purpose]not Cc. God(doesnt depend on man)let Cc prod Bible despite wrong teachings[privilege not a right]like He had Romans fulfill prophecy w/o knowing it[&again now].

God/Jesus always knew(declared end from start)what'd b written in NT/OT-full truth's complete within its pages(NT explains OT/OT proves NT truth=2 witnesses). Cc possession wasnt til 4th cent(after M Luther many Prot's/others kept Cc's wrong format&some Cc wrong teaching&fatal errors). 2 main lies r(cancels all Oc/Cc claims-most rnt Biblical[see below]=false gospel&real revisionist Cc history):

1~CC claims to b 1st(oldest)/only true church. Apostles never named their church"catholic(universal isnt God's Bible message)"&never practiced Cc rituals. There's a 240+yr gap btwn Apostle's church&start of organized Cc=they were never part of/true 1st Church.

Labels/titles/names, history/# of members/amnt of time it existed/claims about them[ie persecution]r meaningless-whats practiced makes it whole truth or a lie. Name a dog god-doesnt make it God. U can name anything anything-ie Jesus/Biblical prophets werent muslims as Izscam claims.

2~Peter was never a Cc/Oc pope/bishop/patriarch(ministry 2 Jews/Paul to Gentiles-died 240+yrs b4 Cc). Apostles were never Cc members(not in Bible=no apostolic succession). Pope claim is Cc invention. Peter wouldnt call himself pope nor b Cc member b/c calling 1self"holy"father+false Cc teachings(no"human"priesthood/altars, rituals after Jesus)r abominations.

Even devil knows Jesus is God's Son so b wise-dont trust church"authority"ahead of Bible. Saying ur Christian/believe Jesus doesnt make it true=Is29:13/Mt7:21-23&RECITING creeds/words=USELESS.

Bible severely warns dont trust humans=u, clergy/churches/scholars, scientists/TV-Jr10:2-5,23/Is2:22/Job 12:11/Prv 14:12/Act17:11. Carefully think over what I say. Dont just believe/dismiss what I write-can save u from getting into god[generic]less religions=poisoned tree/fruit.

God outsmarted us-Only a Bible cant b properly known w/o going 2 Jesus(Jn14:6/5:39/2Cr3:14/Is 29:11-12~Jewish ppl cant unveil OT w/o Jesus=all gentiles cant=why many interps exist/its called fiction-why church history is so important).

Its why religion&spirit of doesnt=the truth-most r built on ideas&gods man likes/cant teach much on God-CANT ALL B RIGHT(only 1 Bible-why many interps? 2Pet1:19-21=cant teach what u don't know). Who knows more about a house-the Builder/ppl moving in later?

God wont bypass truth. If u do=no Heaven. God hates us b/c of sin but sent His Son 2 die for ur sins-Eternal hope is only in Jesus(wasnt talking out 2nor1000s of sides of His mouth=no confusion)/His Bible. In history only Jesus said He's the only way 2 God(Jn14:6/Act4:12)-fully true or its a lie=no God-knows all or not God. If Jesus lied He's 1 more false teacher 2 ignore. All true believers r already (S)saints-S&s=same.

You are Catholic. Get used to people not liking you. That is just the way the world is. Don't look for rationality from atheists. You can have a deeper conversation with a five year old. They will never understand that Catholics don't actually fit into any of their little pigeon holes that they like to sort the rest of the world into. This is one more reason no one likes us, they can't figure us out.

Atheists think they are smarter than everyone else on earth, because they can make up a fairytale about eveything magically turning into something else. I don't think I am related to bacteria. While as there is nothing in the Bible is false, and much evidence to support it

The Person who nurtured you is the same one who made atheists. I think to God there are no labels. It may be easier to see things that way. He Loves everyone down to the molecule. It may be He Loves to Create and is a Sensitive Person. Those creations who deny Him are not intrinsically evil, but perhaps unenlightened to spiritual things or even more so simply incapable of seeing life in any other way but a very pragmatic and realistic way.

For all of us from the time we were little have endured great hurts, even from within the womb. How we react to life thereafter has to do with several factors, the likes of which we will never hope to fully understand, as we cannot live life of another person. We can only live our own life.

To those who come our way, we can only entrust to the One who Created All Things.

Most Christians who are not Catholic do not even believe Catholics are "Christians" because the Roman Catholic Church has drifted so far away from what the Bible says. The Bible is the authority, and we must base 100% our Christian beliefs on the Bible. This is God's word. But within the Catholic Church, they put traditions over and above the Bible, and then the Popes keep coming up with "new revelations" (which are false), and the whole thing keeps getting more twisted.

The Roman Catholic Church thinks you get "saved" by attending mass, etc., but this is not what the Bible teaches. The Bible also does not say you should be asking or praying to Mary or any other dead people. This is like idolatry, which is strictly forbidden. The Bible does not say we should be talking to dead people, and that's because dead people CANNOT HEAR US. The Bible does not teach transubstantiation. The Bible does not teach forced celibacy for church workers, such as priests and nuns. The Bible does not say Mary was a virgin her entire life, which explains why Jesus had brothers. The Bible does not say Mary herself was born of a virgin. The whole idea of Purgatory is something the Roman Catholic Church made up, and you will not find that in the Bible. It is fiction.

The Roman Catholic Church has so many things messed up that we would have to call it a false religion. And sadly, most Roman Catholics do not understand what it means to be a genuine born-again Christian. But they sure are "religious."

I am perplexed at how to reach Catholics. They have been so indoctrinated into their own belief system that they cannot see the truth.

But they fail to see how distorted everything becomes when religious tradition TRUMPS what the bible really says. And when the Pope comes out with new a revelation, that revelation also TRUMPS what the bible says.

I have known many Catholics, and most of them are really nice people. And I believe that some of them have a heart for God. But they have such a distorted understanding that I suspect they do not know what it means to be a true Christian.

I have been listening to a CD set of sermons on this topic, and it has been very enlightening into the beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church. This is really interesting, and you will find out what Catholics don’t know.

Not all Protestants hate Catholics. It's just a loud minority of of extremists who are like that.

I'm a believer myself but let others mind their own beliefs, you mind yours. You won't get anywhere with your approach. If you want to be friends with an atheist leave religion out of it until you can have a rational discussion about it. Even then you may get nowhere. My best friend isn't religious at all, I respect her a great deal, she is a more considerate friend than many of my so called Christian friends. But you either believe or you don't... you can't prove to a non believer one way or another, you can't tell them step by step how to connect with God if they're just not interested.

I think it's a lot of ignorance about Mary though maybe some Catholics take worshiping Mary too far. There are some who seem practically idolatry about it. Superstition is not faith. But that's the extreme.

I haven't had a mature talk with an atheist either. They always act childish and call me stupid and lesser than them and them leave. I don't get it.

I feel like they are lost souls too.

They just aren't educated. They were pressured into being atheist pretty much. That's what one person told me. I find this sad.
