Should my health insurence be considered company paid?

My employer pays 30% of my health insurance. Would that be considered company paid. Will this affect any benefits I would get if I paid it all myself. I'm only making about $10,000 a year.

If you only make $10K per year, you would likely qualify for subsidies through the marketplace.

Why argue semantics? Apparently, you are saying that your employer pays you an allowance to use toward your own (private) insurance, correct? Isn't that allowance taxable to you? If so, you are paying for your own insurance with after-tax dollars.
