Why should I bother to vote if the SCOTUS can prevent my vote from being counted?

Why should I cast a vote on a state-wide referendum for a state law if whatever law I vote "yes" on and it passes can and might get struck down by the SCOTUS with a pretense that it violates this or that clause in the Fourteenth Amendment, and I know that it doesn't?

--funding to expand VA

--voted against equal pay for woman

--cut embassy security funds before Benghazi

--voted to repeal the ACA 40x and more

--voted to repeal a law that makes it harder to evade taxes overseas

-- they refuse to pass a budget to fund infrastructure that creates jobs

--republicans voted against allowing students to refinance their student loans

the list is very long. the house needs new leadership.

oh and yes they have passed "jobs bills" but they are nothing more then more deregulation and cuts taxes for the wealthy even more.

they want to transform Medicaid into a block grant reduce SS/ medicare for seniors. republicans are not good for American. paul Ryans budget not only slashes the VA fund but within a decade would dissolve it.
