Does overstaying a tourist visa 3 months in China put you on the blacklist?

Last month I paid the maximum fine of 10,000 RMB at the airport before my flight

out of China and was never actually placed in custody. I would like to return this month on a

new tourist visa. Am I pushing my luck?

In China, breathing puts you on the black list.

Your luck ran out long ago. Forget about ever returning to China. And with your record of overstaying, expect serious difficulties getting any visa anywhere else, too. Plan on remaining in your country of citizenship permanently. You fried your "luck" - burned to a crisp.

You won't get a new tourist visa for at least 5 years with an overstay on your record

Apply if you wish, but I wouldn't play that game with Chinese authorities.

No. You have to audition like all the other actors. Even knowing James Spader personally won't help.
