Will my license get suspended?

I was driving past 9 yesterday and I'm 17 so I'm not aloud, I'm in New York to, and got pulled over at 3am and long story short I got 2 tickets and one was for driving past but it says if I'm convicted I'm subject to suspension

    So, you're not ALLOWED to drive past a certain time yet you've done it twice. Since you have no regard for the rules, your license will be suspended but since you have no regard for the rules it won't affect you. Just drive with a suspended license.

    It says you will. Especially with a 2nd ticket.
