Hanging out? What does that mean?

You know what it means, and the term is used loosely. The term hanging out has been around for many years in the U.S, but the term was first used in Europe in the late 1800s. The term hanging out Is mainly used for a man and woman but it can be used for a woman and a woman or a man and a man, if you're into that kind of thing. Hanging out is when the two of you drive to the ghetto's in your surrounding area and find a "crack head" or two and lead them into a dark alley with the scent of a male deer's urine.THIS IS IMPORTANT the deer's urine must be from a male and between the temperatures of 107°f and 115°f after you've got your crack heads in the alley you spill the urine on the dirt. And BAM the crack heads hit the floor immediately and start sucking the urine out of the dirt. Their mouths will open as wide as a soda can with the force of a twister. The earth will start to disappear right beneath your feet. I cant go on the rest is to gruesome. Ask your mom or dad. They'll know.
